PSA H2 plant is a kind of equipment which employs the pressure swing adsorption principle to get Hydrogen at normal temperature. It takes mixed gas with Hydrogen as raw material and specific molecular sieve (SMS) as adsorbent. The diffusion rate of Oxygen and Nitrogen in SMS and absorbing capacity on SMS’s surface of Hydrogen and Nitrogen are different. Therefore, the PAS H2 plant can realize the process of pressurized adsorption and decompressed detachment by controlling sequencing valves’ on and off through programmable controller to separate Oxygen, Hydrogen and Nitrogen and get purified Hydrogen that is needed.
