Production Introduction
Based on the principle of conductance, use the probe of the material instrument and the container wall as the two pole plates of one capacity. When the level of material between the probe and the container falls up and down, the capacity and the total resistance will change in proporation to it. The specific analyzing and contrast electric circuit will calculate this change and convert it into 4~20mA current signals through the amplifier and thus further detect the level of material.
Operating Principle
It is based on the radio frequency(RF) technology. A radio frequency is applied to the probe. Determine the impact caused by the surrounding environment through continuous analysis. All materials have a dielectric constant and their electrical conductivities are different from that of air. When the probe contacts with the materials, the total impedance changes due to the minute capacity shift. The energized probe and the tank wall constitute the two plates of the capacitor, so the insulator of the probe and the surrounding air become dielectric materials. When the air(dielectric constant is 1.0) is replaced by any other material(dielectric constant>1), the changes of capacitance cause the changes of impedance. The influence is measured by the electric circuit and compared with the reference datum established by the sensitivity setting (circuit) in order to realize the control output.

The probe is high temperature proof. The probe is suitable for the working environment from -40 °C to 200 °C. The ceramic high temperature probe can also be used. The highest temperature that it can resists is up to 800 ° C.
Contact capacity: Large capacity relay contact outputs. The LED lights indicate the working status. 0-30 second delay.
