Thick8000 is the automatical model for precious metal coathing thickness measurement as Au,Ag,Cu,Pt,Ni,Pd, which adopt 3D movable platform, and two high resolution cameral for focus photo and full scaning. there are 8 different size collimators gurantee this system can test different size samples from needle, screw to PCB board. it penetrate into max50um, able to measure 5 layer coathing thickness. the system allow yo to check histroy testing result and print, it help you do a management of your testing work
