Principles  

The marker is composed of fiber laser. The laser passes through an expender and is x-y scanning controlled by the galvanometer, then focused on the surface of the material through F-θ lens. The material on the focus is boiled away and en mark comes into being.

Performances

1       High beam quality, approach to diffract limit. TEM00 fundamental transverse mode output. M2 approach to 1. Beam divergence angle＜0.3mrad.

2        High photoelectric conversion efficiency and high repeat frequency. Pulse power difference less than 1% which can realize high speed precision marking.

3         Can work in shake, concussion, and dust and humidity environment. It can easy to coupling to fiber and realizes long distance work.

4        Integration, water cooling, small volume, low power consume, high efficiency, long use life, have no optic pollution, no power coupling losing, long time no maintenance, saving the use cost and simple operation.

5         Software: WL-LASER MARKER SYSTEM. Operation system :WIN98/2000/XP
