1. General Introduction:

Welded wire mesh is a pre-machining, welding wire cross, consisting of a series of equally and parallel spaced product. Galvanized weldedmesh is one of the best-selling welded wire mesh. There are two kinds of welded wire mesh which can be classified, according to two kinds of galvanizing process, they are electro galvanized weldedmesh and hot dipped galvanized welded mesh.

2. Materials ofGalvanized Welded Wire Mesh:

The most raw material are iron wire and galvanized wire etc.

3. Weaving and Processing:

(1) Weaving:

Hot dipped galvanizing after welding

Welding with hot dipped galvanized iron wire

Electric galvanizing after welding

Welding with electric galvanized iron wire

(2) Processing:

Wire Rod- Cold Rolling- Straightening & Cutting of Wire and Wire Rods- Spot Welding- Bending & Cutting - Finshed Products

4. Features of Galvanized welded wire mesh:

Net surface is smooth and tidy, structure is stable and smooth, the overall performance is good, that will not happen under pressure locally loose phenomenon.

Due to high quality mild steel wire as raw materials, it has the characteristics of the iron mesh is more flexible than normal, determine its plasticity in use process; And due to galvanizing process, it has the strongest antiseptic ability in entire field of the welded wire mesh and has the most widespread uses.

5.Packing: 

Welded mesh is wrapped in waterproof paper in rolls. Then in cartons or in pallet.

6. Uses of Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh:

Excellent corrosion resistance makes it a popular choice for the farming industry, for instance be made into birdhouse,henhouse.

Smooth  and neat mesh, increasing the perception, can play a decorative role, this feature also makes the decoration industry has also been applied.

It can be further processing into containers, such as dog cage, draining rack, fruit drying screen, cargo container.

It  can be made into gabion meshes box,  gabion basket, mattress, and the others. Be used in gravity walls, earth retaining wall, gravity retaining walls for reinforcing building blocks.

It also used in transportation , e.g. can be deep process into gratings for walkways and platforms, safety barriers, safety fence and others.

Can also have other USES, such as: Make it into draining rack,  fruit drying screen, runway fence, drainage frame , etc.
