Sri Lankan tea, Assam tea and bergamot oil
Instructions
A generous teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag added to a cup of just boiled water. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes for a full-flavoured cup of tea. May be enjoyed with milk or just a slice of lemon.
