Hiparter Dies&Moulds has the Die experience from complex parts like auto pillars, and rails to Class A finishes including roofs, hoods, bumpers, seat, refrigerators, washers, and dryers, gas cooker. Design and build capabilities for high quality, close tolerance, metal stamping tooling from line dies to progressive and transfer dies. We are very experienced with advanced high strength and dual materials and have tryout capabilities up to 1500 tons accommodating dies up to 78" wide X 200" long. Simple and complex progressive dies to 72" X 200" and weighing more than 15 tons may have up to 7" draw depths and 12" - 15" pitches. We build 3-12 station transfer dies requiring ram tonnages up to 1500 tons and up to 50 strokes per minute. Traditional transfer as well as walking beam type including servo drive control.
The parts we have made expand to automotive parts, seat, bumper, trim, door, various brackets, gaskets and so on, for GM, TOYOTA, HONDA, FORD, FIAT, HYUNDAI, KIA, etc.
In progressive die , a steel strip is formed into a finished part in several operations.
Progressive die is a metal forming tool widely used to produce parts for various industries, such as automotive, electronics and appliances. Progressive die stamping consists of several individual work stations, each of which performs one or more different operations on the part. The part is carried from station to station by the stock strip and is cut out of the strip in the final operation.
The decision to produce a part in progressive die or transfer die is dependent on size, complexity and volume of production.
Due to the complexity of progressive dies, it is important to address all the factors that contribute to achieving the desired level of part quality, including blank position, pilots, blank boundary and stretch-web deformation.

1) Q: What design software do your engineers use?
A: Solidworks, PRO/E, UG, Autocad. Also we are able to work with Caita, Solidworks for format transition. igs, .step, .x_t, .pdf, .dwg, .dxf files are okay for us.
2) Q: How many shots die life is?
A: According to customers' request, we will choose suitable die material, die life is no less than 300,000~1,000,000 shots.
3) Q: How is the working time?
A: 8hs/day,12hours per day for CNC, EDM department,6days/week (2 shift).
4) Q: are you able to import and export?
A: Yes. We have our own international trade department. Via our logistics system,we can guarantee the dies and parts arrive at your place on time.
