Pipeline emulsifier is also called emulsifying pump and homogeneous pump. It combines multi-stage emulsifying and mixing together. It has the remarkable characteristics of compact structure, high efficiency and energy saving. The pipeline emulsifier is equipped with a single-stage pipeline emulsifier which rotates the stator according to the different classifications of the stator and rotor structure, and two-stage pipeline emulsifiers which rotates the stator structure, and so on. Pipeline emulsifier can be used for continuous emulsification or dispersion of multi-phase liquid medium, and also for the transport of low viscosity liquid medium. It is also possible to achieve continuous mixing of powder and liquid in proportion. It is widely used in daily chemical, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum, coatings, nano materials and other fields.
Working principle: the pump adopts a specially designed high-speed rotor and stator combination driven by a motor. In the process of high speed rotation, the blades of the rotor force the liquid material to rotate, work on the liquid, increase its energy, and the liquid is thrown around the stator under the action of centrifugal force. The relative speed between the stator and the rotor is very high, and the material is subjected to constant mechanical and hydraulic shearing.After the liquid passes through the first stage to rotate, the speed energy is converted to the pressure energy after the stator passes into the second stage two to rotate, the stator and the third stage three to rotate, the stator, because of the sealing shell function, all materials will be subjected to six to rotate, the stator's continuous action, lets the processed material withstand hundreds of thousands of times of shearing action, thus guarantees the multi-phase. When the liquid is highly dispersed, the solid particles are rapidly refined. When the Huai body in the first stage rotor is thrown out, the pressure in the rotor is lower than the pressure in the feeding pipe. The new liquid is sucked into the rotor under the action of this pressure difference, and the liquid continuously flows out of the pump.
