1. Description
1) Feeder/Feeding Section
The design of stacker preparatory stage is improved,it could use prepared car sheet piling.Also could use odinary hydraulic car sheet piling to layboy directly.Adopt four lifting suction cups and 4 carrier suction cups with feeder,ensure feed smoothly.Adopt import screw air-blowing device, it could make the sheet send smoothly.
2) Delivery Section
Delivery section add tester into security system.Allcocation inset counter.Using subsection could adjust brush and sheet air-blowing device,so that the finished product of delivery section could product stably.Gripper drive train expanded buffer device.
3) Cutting Section/Horizontal and vertical foil stamping system
Adopt advanced technology with single gripper location could adjust the front-and-back registration.Horizontal hot stamping dual-anxis/Vertical hot stamping collection of waste foil frame into operation side,it is benefit of operation.12 electric heating zone has timing penumatic temperature controller function,each zone can be controlled by separated zone.Adopt motion controller,it could controll foil-delivering servo contour and track the machine speed variation timing.so that it could reach the foil-delivering smoothly.
4) Feeding Positioning Section
The incline-type paper moving table top is more suitable to high-speed thin paper and location.Side location adopt dual purpose side device with pull and push,accounting to paper choose,it makes switch easier.It could swith front rise position arriving reduction of speed device,it is benefit of thin paper’s location.
5) Quick Changed Foil Device
Vertical under foil frame could be pulled out machine,so that it could make the foil work more convenient.
6) Rewinding Foil Device
There has brush rewinding foil function. And it has equipped with a simple collection waste foil device.
