Features
1. Bond very well with surface of variety substrates such as all kinds of metal, lumber, glass, polyurethane, epoxy, resign, PU and coating material, etc. Also with good cohesive force and durable elastic sealing performance

Usage
1. Specially used for windshield and side glass of passenger car, cars and special vehicle
2. Also use for glass steel and plastic accessories (car roof, side body and car front)
3. For bonding different material which requires high tensile strength and elasticity, the bonding can bear high mechanical deformation force

Need Primer
PU8610 must be with the primer PU802, the strength will up to 8Mpa,
Pu802 Features:
1. Primaire 802 is kind of coupling agent with outstanding performance
2. Having good compatibility with glass, painting metal, stainless steel, ceramics and wood and so on
3. Good supporting the cohesion of polyurethane
4. Can form a protective screen to ultraviolet rays on glasses
5. Primaire 802 is better to use with cleaner
Clean before operation
Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating. Dust and loose particles should be cleaned.



Direction of operation
Tool: Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun
For cartridge
1. Cut nozzle to give the required angle and bead size
2. Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle
3. Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength
For sausage
1. Clip the end of the sausage and place in barrel gun
2. Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun
3. Using the trigger extrude the sealant with equal strength

Step 4: Tear off the masking tape




Attention of operation
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face Protection. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately
