1) LED Driver: For COOLIGHT, the LED Driver which we used is isolated driver. It design and made
according to Europe EMC Standard. The distance of the component inside the driver is 0.66mm.
The raw material electronics for our driver are all from brand name supplier from American, Janpan
and Taiwan.
However, on the market, there are a lot of our competitor just buy the driver on the market at ver y
cheapest price in order to reduce the price. And most of them will be broken in a few months.

2) LED chips
For the LED we chosen are all from Brand supplier, and the chips size we used are big size 10x23mi,
24x24mil from Taiwan.
While on the market, they are a lot of competitor use only 7x7mil or 7x9mil from mainland of China,
which the LED quality is not stable. For bigger size, the quality is more stable.

3) LED reflector
For the raw material of LED reflector which we used are from original Japan, which looks more
uniform and soft, and it won’t have the problem becoming yellow and soft after long time use.
The thickness of our reflector is 4mm.
However, there are a lot of our competitor use recycle material use 3mm or even 2mm,in order to
reduce the price. And most of them will have problem become to flexible after few month use.
Moreover, they use the recover y material, which make the price ver y cheap.

4) Heat sink material
For our heat sink material, the thickness of ours is 6mm, while on the market, they use only 3 or
4mm, which will have the problem become flexiable,and can not hold the reflector well. It will
have big problem for safety.

2. Strict R&D control and test
All of our prototype sample, pilot production sample and mass production sample have to pass each strict test before allowing continuing the next step. 

The tests including: 
a. Hi-pot safety test according to CE standard: IEC-60598;
b. Sample fall-down test;
c. Case and solder-point temperature test after 4 hours’ working under 25℃;
d. Turn-on and Turn-off test for at least 10000 cycles;
e. +50℃,85%RH high temperature start over test and aging test;
f. -20℃ low temperature start over test and aging test;
