Huajin Hj-6200 Double-Sided Ribbon Printing Machine

1  Voltage:  220v/380v

2  Power:   45kw .Normally,just around 20kw.

3  Temp. Range:  180-220℃.It will need 30 minutes to operate from 0℃to 220℃.

4   Productivity : 

   180m/h .We print a kind of ribbon which width is 25mm,The finished production is 13 strips each time.180 times13 is 2,340 per hour ,suppose the working time is 10h per day,then the output will be 23,400m. Meanwhile,we can print 10mm ribbon 22 strips one time ,180 times 22 is 3,960m,under the same working time ,the daily production will be over 39,600m.

5  The traditional production process:

   Firstly, Ironing .

   Next, print the front surface .

   Finally, print the back side.

6  Huajin Hj-6200 double -sided printing:

      You don’t need to print one ribbon again and again anymore ,because Hj-6200 is the latest high technology product ,it can finish the whole printing process included the front & back side at one-time. Based on that , it can not only cut down on 2times work force ,it also save at least two-thirds time.If a worker’s day pay is ￥80,we use 80 times ￥2,160can be saved each day ,per month is ￥4,800,then ,we can have more than RMB￥57,600 cost  be saved one year.

7  Costing calculation: 

      As we all know that we can print ribbon 25mm one time 13 strips. if the length of printing paper is 1,000m and the width is 42cm.In total,we can print 13,000M once,since Hj-6200 prints double sides ,the finished product will be 6,500m.The current price of interleaving paper is ￥6/KG,the weight of 1,000m printed paper is 13KG,13 times 6 is ￥78 ,  78 divided by 6,500 is ￥0.012. That’s to say, the cost of 1yard ribbon just ￥0.012.We assumed that the working time is 10h one day,we have introduced that Hj-6200 can produce 2,340M each hour ,so the daily production will be 23,400M,then the daily cost will be reduced ￥280(23400×0.012=280),the monthly saved cost is ￥8,424, the whole year, Hj-6200 can help us to save the maximum cost of printed paper up to ￥101,088 at least.

8  Electricity bill: 

    Hj-6200 consumes 20kw times 8h is 160 degrees per hour, Hj-6800 just needs 8degrees times 8h is 64degrees(suppose the working hour is 8h everyday) ,if the Electricity bill is ￥1/degree, Hj-6200 need to be paid ￥100 everyday ,￥3,000 each month and ￥30,000 one year than Hj-6800 .However ,let’s make a whole mathematic calculation of yearly cost ,￥57,600(saving from work- force cost) + ￥101,088 (saving from garbage paper) =￥158,688 .Deduct Electricity bill ￥30,000 ,we can still save our yearly cost at least ￥128,688(158,688 -30,000=128,688) in all .

9 Performance advantages:

a  You can automatically switch a variety of input signal .

b  You can adjust both internal and external output power rates not only work done by hand ,It also can be adjusted automatically now.

c  It has indicator light which can indicate whether the fuse work normally or not.If the   temperature of SCR is higher than normal (75℃) it will alarm immediately. 

d  Load a function of showing the output power rates from 0 to 100%.

e  Load the heating time(around 15s) of buffer.

f  It will stop operating at once when the SCR overburdened or fuse blown out .

g  It is installed express fuse which can prevent SCR from being damaged .
