b) Hardness: the surface and core hardness no more than 3 degrees.

c) Density: 6.7g/m3

d) Impact: no less than 12

e) Breakage: no more than 1%

f) The grinding effective cost will drop 5% when the volume hardness increased 2 HRC.

After-sales: a) Building customers file of using products, visiting customers regularly and writing down using

                       information of goods.
