2.The main describtion:
R1-20 is mobile and ideal for small to medium size projects producing around 1500 bricks per day equivalent 40-50m2 of wall. Mixing can be done by hand especially if labor cost is low community involvement is key to the project but having a pan mixer would be ideal to ensure high production and constant quantity.
The machine is includive of a diesel engine, hydraulic power pack including cylinders, compression chamber, pre-compacting top gate assembly, all fitted on a trailer inclusive of spring axle, tail lights, tow-hitch and road tyres.

1. 220mm Interlocking Block
Machines are fitted with standard 220mm block mould. Different moulds can be ordered with the brick making machines
2. 220mm Conduit Interlocking Block
The conduit block allows for conduits to be run horizontally within the wall. Different moulds can be ordered with H1-20. This mould is an opptional extra
3. 220mm Coping Block
The coping block can be used for the top of perimeter walls for window cills. Different moulds can be ordered with H1-20. This mould is an optional extra.
