PACKING:

1.Packing method: knock-down package, EPE foam + polyfoam + high-density foam protecting corners +5-layer K=K strong carton; 

2. Customized design is acceptable, logo and details of products can be printed on the carton.

QUALITY CONTROL POLICY:

A multi-functional laboratory has been set up in our company to do the inspection on furniture materials for physical & chemical character test.

1, Material:

All the panel materials (MDF & particle board) are complied to the formaldehyde emission class E1 of the European Standard. And lacquer passed the test of volatile substance & heavy metal content.

2, QC procedure:

a. Before production, every batch of materials will be checked carefully by our QC and lab staff according to our strict standard. 

b. We will trace every step of the production from the beginning.

c. When item’s finished, QC checks.

d. Before packing, every item will be cleaned and checked.

e. Before loading, clients can send QC or assign a third party to check the quality. we will try our best to help when problem occurs.   

AFTER SALE SERVICE:

a. Provide the documents for custom clearance. Trace the container delivery status and inform the customer. 

b. If any quality problem occurred, causes will be found out by customers and us. If it’s our problem, we will negotiate with our customers on a best solution which can satisfy both sides. 

c. Catalogs with new designs or privilege/promotion information will be updated to customers as soon as released.
