Mast
Siquan Machinery can provide the “K” type mast & “mast” type mast, the features & technical parameters of them as following.
Features of “K” type mast
1 Section type: “ K ” type ,i.e. front opening.
2 Lifting and lowering down mode: integral.
3.Low position installations. Generally it has 4 ~5 sections for the mast; flatly contacts between sections and bi-taper pin fixation are used for ensuring integral rigidness and stability of the mast.
4.Section connection structure of main body is convenient of disassembling/installation and transportation
5.There is a buffer cylinder on the left side and right side of mast separately, which can be used for buffering and pushing while lifting and lowering down the mast.
6.The space and height of the mast can meet the requirements of related top drive installation.
7.When the mast is used to match with the cryogenic rig, it meets the requirements of drilling operation at arctic, because its main components are made of -40℃high strength structural steel.
Features of “mast” type mast
1 The mast is a forward tilted type, with guyline, extendable and bi-section matched installation one.
2 The main body is a rectangular truss structure, with good rigidity, light weight.
3 Put the mast flatly on the front bracket of trailer when it is required to move; it mee ts the requirement of quick rig movement.
4 When the mast is used to match with the cryogenic rig, it mee ts the requiremen ts of drilling operation at arctic area, because i ts main componen ts are made of -40℃high strength structural steel.
