KS-AU V is JAPAN MADE straight knife cloth cutting machine with automatic sharpening device. This model is the most popular cutting machine in the garment industry. It's suitable to cut all kinds of fabric from the thin materials to the thick ones.
FEATURES
ORIGINAL MOTOR
This motor is an originally developed one. It assures a smooth cutting operation with excellent cutting power and low motor temperature.
AUTOMATIC OIL LUBRICATION DEVICE
Oil can be supplied automatically from oil reservoir to the guide metals and cross head. And the internal oil guard keeps other interior parts clean.
AUTOMATIC SHARPENING DEVICE
KS-AU V equips the automatic sharpening device with abrasive belt. Just press down the sharpening lever, the blade can be sharpened automatically to maintain the most suitable edge of the blade.
STAND
Thinner and flat type stand makes the resistance of cutting material low, and the bigger blade stroke makes cutting very smooth.
BASE PLATE
Low height and smooth surface of base plate reduce the friction of the cutting material.
OTHER FEATURES
Fan-guard and starting switch cover are equipped for safety operation.
