Sample preparation
Tissue (fish, shrimp etc.) sample should be in cold storage.
1 Remove fat from tissue, then mash it at high speed;
2 Weigh 5g sample into 50ml graduated centrifuge tube;
3 Add 3ml TCs A solution, shake violently for 5min;
4 Centrifuge at 4000 r/min at room temperature for 5min;
5 Move 2ml supernatant into another 5ml graduated centrifuge tube, add 150ul TCs B solution and 4ml Ethyl acetate, shake up-and- down evenly (do not shake violently) for 1 min, centrifuge at 4000 r/min at room temperature for 5min;
6 Use Micropipettes to absorb 3ml up-layer solution into another 5ml graduated centrifuge tube, blow to dry by air at 60°C.
7 Add 0.3ml TCS PBST buffer into the dry residue, use dropper beat and blow the liquid, and absorb the liquid to wash the inner well of the tube.
8 Use Micropipettes to absorb 120ul into gold micro well, ready to test.
Operation procedures
1 Return test card and sample into room temperature.
2 Take necessary strips on desk, use it in 1 hour.
3 Put the test card flatly, use dropper to drop 2 drops of sample (or use micropipette to take 80 uL) in the Sample collect region.
4 Wait for 3-5 min to read the result. (It’s valid in 10 minutes)
Test Result Interpretation
1 Negative: Red T line appears. It means there is no residue in sample or the residue is lower than detection limit.
2 Positive:Red T line is invisible. It means the residue is higher than detection limit.
