A——Brief Introduction of XH Series Gas Furnace
Gas station systems, in accordance with the nature of the distinction between the gas station, generally divided into furnace hot gas stations, furnace cold gas station; according furnace furnace distinction is generally divided into some type furnace (1Q) Gas Station, two type furnace (2Q) gas Station.Gas station is widely used in metallurgy, ceramics, glass, nonferrous metals, chemicals, refractory, machinery and other fields. Gas station system is the core equipment for the gas furnace, gas furnace, also known as gas generators, air and water vapor is a mixed gas as a gasifying agent, with coal as raw material at high temperature oxidation - reduction reaction, to produce CO and H2 gas as the main combustible components of energy saving equipment.
B——Cold Gas Furnace Equipment of Two Stage Gasifier
The generated gas is divided into upper section gas and lower section gas. The upper section gas firstly enters I electrostatic precipitator to remove heavy tar and dust at the temperature of 90~150oC, then an indirect cooler, the gas is cooled to about 35~45oC by the indirect cooler. The lower section gas is dedusted by a cyclone dust collector to reduce the temperature to about 450~550oC, enters a waste heat exchanger for cooling and gas sensible heat recovery to reduce the temperature to about 200~230oC, and is cooled to 65~80oC by an air cooler. The upper section gas and lower section gas are indirectly cooled to 35~45oC by circulating cooling water, and deoiled and dedusted by II electrostatic precipitator. The cooled and purified gas is pressurized by a gas pressurization machine and delivered to users through a gas pipeline.
