1. This line is used for slitting steel coils with different specifications (width/thickness) to be needed width strips. The main working flow is: decoiling – leveling – slitting – recoiling

3. This slitter line is broadly applying in metal plate processing industry, like car, container, household appliance, packing, construction material, etc.

4. It is composed of coil car, decoiler, slitter, scrap recoiler, shearer cutting coil head or tail, tension pad and recoiler, etc. As well as pendulum middle bridge, pinch device.

5. It is an auto coil processing equipment which integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic all together.

Complete two slitting machines is optional. When one slitting machine is working, the other one can change blade spacer and sleeve or maintenance and repair, it can improve working efficiency, increase production and decrease cost.
