1. Nylon Fabric Conveyor Belt possesses high strength, elasticity, impact and bending resistance.
2. Exceptionally shock & impact resistant to the carrying surface and possesses the ability to run on smaller diameter pulleys.
3. Basic strength material is NN fabric. (both the warp and weft are NN66). It can be applied in different situations, such as long distance, heavy impact and heavy abrasion.
4. High-strength crimped cords absorb impact.
Application:
1. This type of belt is appropriate for heavy wear and tear conditions and also suitable for medium and long distance transportation under large impact. It is used for various applications like coal washery, tunnels transportation, timber processing, ship unloader, waste disposal and recycling etc.
2. It transports loose and lump materials under typical working conditions and is generally used in strip mines, quarries, cement plants and metallurgy.
3. Variety of cover compounds and cover gauges: protect your products with the proper compound and cover gauge for the application.
