You have to apply ISO9001 license before AQSIQ application.

For ISO9001, it will take 2-3 weeks, enterprises should prepare docs as below:

1 application form for ISO application ( it is easy to fill out this form)

2 scan of your business and tax registration documents ( we will help you translate it to Chinese)

3 Divide your company into several departments (Manager, inspection department,purchasing department,administration department.) we need contact person’s name and contact information for each department

4 We will prepare all documents needed for ISO.

Now you just need to wait for the issuing. Its easy ,quick

Next, we can start AQSIQ application

It will take several months ,but dot worry, its normal for this certification, AQSIQ department issue 2-3 rounds of AQSIQ per year, Early application is good for you.

Now you should help us provide documents as below:

1, Notarized business and tax registration documents

It is the most important documents during the application. You should take scan of your docs to China embassy or notarized public for notarizing, but i s est that its better do in China embassy in your country. It is the most authority department for notarizing. Your docs should express your company’s name, company’s address and legal person’s name. ( have to show )

2,Photos of your company’s office

You need to take photos of your office,building , road etc have to show company’s name and address information

3,Color scan of ISO9001

4,Scan of passport or ID license of legal person’s
