Danfoss AKS4100 / AKS4100U liquid level sensor
Summary: AKS4100/4100 u liquid level sensor adopts reliable time-domain reflectometer (TDR) technology or guidance radar technology, specially designed for refrigeration system to measure liquid level. AKS4100/4100 u liquid level sensor can be used to measure a variety of different refrigerant container, gas-liquid separator, accumulator, riser level. Output electric signal is 2 wire loop power supply 4-20 ma, which is proportional to the refrigerant liquid level. AKS4100/4100 u cable version is suitable for most of the refrigerant, including ammonia and freon and in addition to the corrosion of carbon dioxide gas/liquid, measure the length from 800 mm to 5000 mm (31.5 in.) (197 in.). AKS4100/4100 u coaxial version design application in co2 system. Also can be used in other commonly used refrigerants. Marine applications use no matter what kind of refrigerant must use AKS4100 / coaxial version of the 4100 u. AKS4100/4100 u cable version must not be used in carbon dioxide system or application of the ship. Dust, foam, gas, boiling liquid level, different thick liquid or different dielectric constant will not undermine the performance of the AKS4100/4100 u. Accumulate in the bottom of the riser of lubricating oil not interfere with the liquid level signal, so there's no need to remove AKS4100/4100 u sensors and discharge of oil in the riser.
