Product Description

Diamond safety grating with aluminum, galvanized steel

Diamond safety grating, also called crocodile mouth anti skid stair treads, is made of carbon steel, aluminum steel and stainless steel. It has different diamond-shaped openings and serrated edges operated by advanced CNC punching machine. It can provide sufficient slip-resistance from multiple directions and let the extra impurities drop down to remain clean. Diamond safety grating is ideal for work platforms, catwalks, transportation serving areas, vehicle steps, walkways, stair treads owing to its resistant surface.

Features:

  • Skid resistant and safe. Diamond safety grating contains diamond-shaped openings edged with serrated teeth designed for gripping the floor firmly.
  • Corrosion and rust resistant. Galvanized and aluminum material makes it possible to own such features.
  • Suitable for harsh environment. It is ideal for all inside and outside conditions such as grease, snow, mud, ice.
  • Durable and long service life for stainless steel material.

  • Material: pre-galvanized steel, plain steel, 5052-H32 mill finish aluminum, 304 or 316L stainless steel.
  • Length: 10 - 12ft or customize according to customers' request.
  • Thickness:
    • pre-Galvanized material available in 12 or 14 gauge;
    • plain Steel material available in 12 or 14 gauge;
    • aluminum 5052-H32 material available in 14 gauge or 12 gauge;
    • stainless Steel 304 material available in 16 gauge;
    • stainless Steel 316L material available in 16 gauge.
  • Width: 4-3/4" (2 diamond), 7" (3 diamond), 8-1/8" (3 diamond with abrasive nosing), 9-1/2" (4 diamond), 10-1/2" (4 diamond with abrasive nosing) and 11-3/4" (5 diamond), 18-3/4" (8 diamond), 24" (10 diamond).
  • Surface: standard serrated surface creating a r ed, non-slip area.
  • Packing: iron or wooden pallets with waterproof paper and steel strip;
