ZYD series intelligent withstand voltage test equipment is designed according to national newest electric industry standard and performance advanced intelligent type withstand voltage test equipment which used for voltage specified insulation strengthen test of various electrical products, electrical components and insulating materials. So as to verify insulating ratio of device, insulating defect of tested product and overvoltage capacity. Widely used in electrical manufacturing department, electricity application departments and research institutes and universities.
(1). 320×240 LCD、High-speed thermal printer.
(2). High voltage, high-voltage current, Low voltage, low-voltage current 4-path measurement method, high-precision sensor, high-performance 14-bit AD gathering chip.
(3). Interactive full keyboard operation mode, intelligent working process,optional auto mode and manual mode alternative.
(4). Timely and obviously show high voltage, high voltage, high-voltage current, low-voltage, low-voltage current, time and result of withstand voltage.
(5). Perfect overvoltage and overcurrent protection,randomly setting output voltage, high-voltage current upper limit, low-voltage current upper limit and timer record.
(6). Have zero position reset and examination function,perform test after zero position confirmation, safety and reliability.
(7). Have insulation resistance test function, directly reflect the insulation level of tested device.
(8). Approximation algorithms regulator, Auto withstand voltage timer record after reaching specified voltage, auto voltage drop to zero position after time up.
(9). Auto cut off output voltage and voltage drop to zero position, and trigger to sound/light alert after over specified high-voltage current or low-voltage current.
(10). Excellent hardware and software anti-interference design, various anti-interference means, adapting to the adverse electromagnetic environment.
(11). Auto error examination, easily find and resolve problem.
(12). Optional wireless remote control function, remote communication, door interlock alert light and bell, external bleeder calibration interface.
