1. SUMMARY
Parking tower is a fully automatic parking system which occupies the least area of land to store maximum quantity of cars, This tower is about 57.76m high with layers for 60 car places.

2.1 Steel Structure
The whole parking tower structure is made of steel.
2.2Lifting system:The lifting system is in the lifting room.The drive motor is 30KW, SEW brand. Controlled by the VVVF.
2.3 carrier:Every tower has a carrier in the middle of the steel structure which can move fast vertically to reach every parking layer.
2.4 Entrance/Exit: the room for driver to park or retrieve his car, it also can be exit. The automatic door prevents people from running equipments, when the system finish actions, the door will automatically open for drivers.
2.5 Turntable: automatically turns car back to head.
2.6 Control system: electrical systems with PLC programs to control the movements of parking systems. It has both automatic control and manual control ways.
2.7 Security devices: sensors in entrances, exits, and garage etc.
2.8 Monitor system: system with video cameras in garage and computer monitors in control rooms which can show the movements of parking system.
2.9 Computer management system: software installed in computer which can manage the parking activities, show the occupied places and empty places, calculate charges of temporary clients.
2.10 Fire lighting system:there is set up a automatic sprinklers fire protection service to protect the parked cars.
2.11 OUTWALL. The tower will be packed with the steel structure plate, it will make the tower have a good appearance and protect the tower.
3. RUNNING PROCESS:
3.1 Parking: a---drive the car to the front of
auto door
b---the detecting system get the information of the car, then the door is opened.
c---the driver drive the car on to the carrier which on the rotary trolley.
d---the driver get off the car and swipe his ID card.
d---the rotary trolley turn the carrier and car to the entering state( the head of car will be outward so that when retrieve the car, the drive can drive the car easily.)
e---the carrier take the car to the indicating car space.
f---the the car pallet will be driven under to the carrier.
g---the car is down on the pallet, the pallet is reset to the car space with the car.
h---the carrier will be down to the bottom and waiting next car.
3.2 Retrieving the car:
a---the driver swipe his ID card.
b---the carrier will up to the car space which the driver’s car parked.
c---the pallet will driven to the carrier with the car.
d---the pallet is reset to the car space.
e---the carrier will take the car down to the rotary trolley.
f---the driver get into the car and drive out.
3.3 In the parking or retrieving process, all the detecting system will start work. To detect the length, width, height, the position, and so on. To ensure the safty of the car.
4.1 The parking system will fully automatically park and retrieve cars after clients swipe their cards.
4.2 The security devices in entrance/exit
Sensors are to test whether the car inside the entrance platform is suitable to park in this system by detecting if it is over any limitation of length, width, and height. If the car is not suitable, signals will appear on light box to tell the driver to exit..
The system will firstly test if there is moving people inside the entrance room when the driver swipes the card. If yes, the system will not start the program.
If any security devices is alarming, the system will not start but show what to do.
4.3 Garage status instructions and parking instructions lights.
4.4 There is LED display on the top of each entrance or exits door, showing the situation of garage .
There are red/yellow/green lights on the left side of each entrance or exits door. Red light refers to “the system is not in use”, yellow light refers to” the system is running, please wait a moment”; green light refers to “the system is stand by, please go ahead”.
There are light boxed in entrances & exits to give instructions to drivers while parking.
“OK” means the car is suitable in this garage and it is parked in the right place.
“WARNING” means please drive out of the entrance.
4.5 Parking system status read.
The computer monitors in control room can show the status of the parking system, not only the position of lift, the car places, but also the visual movements of lift, and turntable by video cameras. You can also search the cars quantity inside, empty places quantity and records of parking and retrieving.
4.6 Hard disk record function:
The system has hard disk which can store the parking memory for one week, it is convenient for the garage owner to know parking system running records. It is also possible to find the car when the driver loses his card according to approximate date and time of parking.
4.7 The system has four kinds of operation methods.
4.7.1 Fully automatic operation by IC card. This is the most ordinary operation way to park or retrieve cars according to the data of IC card.
4.7.2 Fully automatic operation by touchable screen in control room. This is to park or retrieve a car according to the number of car place operated by serviceman if the driver has no IC card.
4.7.3 Manual operation way I. The serviceman operates the lift inside garage to realize retrieving automatically of lift. This is for maintenance or emergency situation only.
4.7.4 Manual operation way II. The serviceman operates the lift inside garage to control each step of movement of the lift. This is for maintenance or emergency situation only.
4.8 Malfunction indication
When the system has malfunction, there will be malfunction alarm shown on the screen of the control room to inform the serviceman.
4.9 Remote diagnose function
If the garage owner provides internet and international telephone line, the system can be connected to the computer of Yeefung Shenzhen headquarter, engineers can diagnose the mistakes of system and provide in time help.
4.10 Monitor system
There are video cameras in entrances, exits, and lift, every movement of the system can be supervised from the monitor of control rooms.
4.11 The language of interface of the system is English.
4.12 The indication light boxes language is English.
4.13 The computer management system:
The computer management software is developed by Yeefung, using standard WINDOWS interface, easy to be understood.
The system has sample ticketing system including card reader, printer, and computer for monthly users and temporary users.
