1.Properties and features

   With the development of secondary refining technology， slag-free tapping from the converter is required now. We have developed series of slag stoppers for steel convertors such as ball type with cross furrow, circular truncated cone type, polyhedral type, hemispheroid type, with the guide rod type, etc.. It can also be designed into conical composite wall type to further improve the blocking slag effect. A kind of high damping slag stopper is developed recently. There is no burst when used with high strength. The hit rate of the blocking slag and the slag rate all exceed 95% and the blocking slag effect is good. The slag thickness in the steel ladle is less than 60 mm ( There are obvious signs of charge flow when molten steel is discharged completely.)
