Versatile Drill Tool Gauge
1. General
Versatile Drill Tool Gauge is a new type special tool to measure the drill tool which is developed and improved based on the original bit gage. It extends the measuring range to the maximum, and has improve the disadvantage of the original bit gage which is short measuring range to make the measuring range limited, and meet the more requirements in filed use.
2. Scope of application
It can measure the different kinds of bit, drilling tool drilling tool stabilizer, casing stabilizer, fit joint, drill collar, drill prill pipe, fishing tool, and to measure the O. D. Or inclusive O. D. Of other objects with different sizes, which are within it, s measuring range. It is simple and practical, and is convenient to take reading.
3. Operation method
To pull open the gauge than the O. D. Of the measured object, fix the object to be measured horizontally, shrink the moving measuring jaw to tangent with the outside circle of the object(to move the rule moving measuring jaw shows is the O. D. Of the rule, moving measuring jaw to be vertical with the axes of the object, to avoid affecting the measuring precision.
4. Maintain methids
Clean the surface of the product after use, and to lubricate the body and moving measuring jaw repeatly, to make the ludricant more symmetrical on the surface, so that to ensure the measuring precision time.
