1-Usage: This machine is suitable to test Resistance to Yarn Slippage at the Sewn Seam in Upholstery Fabrics 

2- principle

take a sample containing sewn seam fixed in a resilient foam pad specimen seat, secured both sides, with a fix weight rubber surface wheel which can rotate freely from a certain height to continuous impact the sample surface, until to the setting times,check sample stitched bit is damaged or not.

3- according to the standard requirements:

Test Item:

1-the fatigue load - yarn seams testing, the value of the force applied to the specimen repeat.
2-zonal - zonal seams - yarn seams in the weft direction, the seams on both sides perpendicular to the suture.

3-fatigue-stitched-bit, One or many yarn departing from the original seams of the slip.

4-Strengthen the seam - textile sewing, one at the joint surface or the back of the additional layer.
5-the yarn slip resistance - may be caused by one or more fabric yarns to move from its normal position.
6-the forces, including a straight line on the difference, voids, or both.
7-seams amount - from the fabric side parallel to the needle and thread to the other side of the maximum distance.
8-the sewing seams - two or more textile engaged by sewing together, usually near the edge.
9-disconnection - the form of a sewing thread damage.

10-the yarn breakage the form of - a yarn breakage or other places at the seams.
11-the yarn slippage - joints or elsewhere yarn is moved from the normal position, including a straight line on

     the difference, voids, or both.
