Performance:
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) for its viscosity-average molecular weight of 1.5 million -1200 million  (ordinary polyethylene 2-3 million) given its superior performance:
1. Abrasive resistance
 The wear resistance of UHMW-PE rank first in the plastic crown,and more than a certain metal, The wear resistance of UHMW-PE is in proportion to its the molecular weight,  the higher the molecular weight, the better the abrasive resistance.
2. Impact resistance
The impact strength of UHMW-PE,in the highest fame of all engineering plastics,The impact strength of UHMW - PE is 2 times of PC, 5 times of ABS, 10 times more of the POM and PBTP. Impact strength increase with increasing molecular weight,The molecular weight was 2200000 and reached a maximum value, and then continues to rise  with the molecular weight gradually decreases .
3. The self-lubricating
UHMW-PE has a low coefficient of friction (0.05-0.11), it is an excellent self-lubricating properties. Second only to the best self-lubricating of plastic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in the absence of lubrication; when it is working to form a sliding or rotating, its lubricity than steel and brass add lubricating oil even better .
4. chemical resistance
UHMW-PE has excellent chemical resistance,In addition to strong acid liquid fluoride, but at a certain temperature and concentration ability of corrosive media (acids, bases, salts) and organic media (except tea solvent). 6. Health non-toxic

7. nonstick
