Description: Sodium Gluconate is sodium salt of gluconic acid that is produced by the fermentation of glucose, a fine granular or powder form, and it is soluble in water, non corrosive, non toxic, biodegradable and biorenewable.

Usage: Sodium Gluconate is widely used in food application; Used as water quality stabilizer or inhibitor; Cleaning agent of metal surface and glass bottle. Sodium Gluconate is also used as water reducing agent and retarder and used in plating and film.
