THE LED PAVEMENT WARNING LIGHT is designed for the prevention of road accidents to pedestrians.

Features:

Installation Guide:<

The project is divided into the following stages: hardware equipment in place, Broken Road cutting slot, put embedded parts  installation, deb ing, acceptance and other works. The total duration is 1-3 working days.

1. The slot size of zebra crossing is 1 m, 2 m, 3 m 4 m and other length, 119 mm in width and 145 mm in depth. As illustrated. The location of slotting is usually for pedestrians waiting or the first zebra crossing.

2. The embedded parts are put into the cement groove. If the slot space is too large, the two sides of the embedded parts are smoothed with cement paste appropriately.

3. Put the Strip Light into the embedded part, the Wire can go from the bottom of the embedded part, push the Strip Light, let the screw under the Strip Light lock with the embedded part.

At the end of each row, there will be a maintenance bracket, as shown in the following figure: when repairing, just remove the maintenance bracket, and then push the lamp to remove it.

4. Power supply Install: The size of power supply is 23 cm length, 12 cm width and 6 cm height. The power supply is encapsulated with full-filling silica gel.  waterproof grade IP67  is not suitable for long-term immersion in water. It can be buried under the pedestrian lamp pole with a plastic sealed box (heat dissipation need not be worried) and covered with floor tiles.

5. One power supply can drive three-meter Strip light, each strip light corresponds to a three-core wire connected to the Power supply output, parallel connection, the wire color Corresponding.

6. Attention: Please consult our technicians about the number of light bars connected to each zebra crossing. Since the maximum power of each light is 40W, if the power is over 2000W, the load of traffic signal controller should be taken into account, especially when the sun shines directly during the day. The wiring must be pressed inside the connector.
