The 45+3 type of FRP plank is made of continuous fiberglass roving, continuous felt of fiberglass and surface felt. These raw materials are processed by a modeling machine. After dipped, they can be heated into models, bars and tubes of various shapes. 1. corrosion resistance:FRP is good corrosion-resistant materials, resistance to air, water and general concentration of acid, alkali, salt and a variety of oils and solvents. FRP has been applied to all aspects of the chemical preservative and is replacing carbon steel, stainless steel, wood, non-ferrous metals and so on.
2. light weight and high strength:The relative density of between 1.5 to 2.0, only 1/4 ~ 1/5 of carbon steel, but the tensile strength was close to or even more than carbon steel, the strength can be compared with that of superior alloy steel.
3. good insulation:FRP has a good insulativity, thus it is often used in insulation material.
4. low thermal conductivity:1.25 ~ 1.67kJ / (m ? h ? K) at room temperature, only 1/100~1/1000 of metal, is an excellent thermal insulating material. In the case of ultra-high instantaneous temperature, is the ideal thermal protection and ablative material that can withstand high-speed air stream to protect spacecraft at above 2000 ºC erosion.

8.temperature insulation:The coefficient of heat-conduction of FRP plank is 0.18kcat / mhr °C , only 1/4 of the glass. That is why it has a good property of temperature insulation.
9. fire retardant:the fire-retardant of FRP plank is divided into ordinary gradeIand gradeII. The oxygen index of the gradeIof fire retardant is ≥32, the grade retardant is ≥26. It meets the standards of the fire brigade department.
10heat stability:FRP plank is a kind strengthening plastic of hot solid fiber-glass . Its coefficient of heat expansion is 2.2 x 10-5mm/mm/°C, only 2 times of metal materials. For this reason, when it matches with a metal sheet, the displacement is relatively small, not easy to leak.
11.anti-static:It has no electrical conductivity, and no sparks will be produced when being cut. It is particularly suitable for high gas zones;
12. Cuttability:It avoids damages to cutter heads, and does not delay excavation.
13. high mechanical strength: composite materials have a very high strength to weight ratio. They provide many of the structural characteristics of metal or wood, but weigh less. A broad selection of reinforcing materials, resins, and other raw materials allow us to optimize a composite design to meet customer requirements.
14. heat resistance: heat resistant grades of our engineered plastic composites offer property retention and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. FRP material grades are available to meet or exceed UL temperature index ratings of 120ºC electrical and 130ºC to 210ºC mechanical.
15. good machinability: our fiberglass reinforced plastic products can be punched , drilled, milled, sawed, sanded, sheared or routed.
