OIL WELL CEMENTING FLUID LOSS ADDITIVE CG610S-T
SUMMARY
1. CG610S-T Fluid Loss Additive can be used both for dry mixed and water mixed.
2. CG610S-T Fluid Loss Additive slurry system has wide applicable temperature range and it’s resistant
to high temperature.
3. CG610S-T Fluid Loss Additive has salt resistance. It’s efficient in saturated brine.
4. CG610S-T Fluid Loss Additive slurry system is stable with little free fluid.
5. CG610S-T Fluid Loss Additive slurry system is not retarded, fast strength development.
6. CG610S-T Fluid Loss Additive slurry system has excellent rheological behavior. It generally doesn’t
require adding dispersant.
SPECIAL ATTENTIONS
1. Fluid Loss Additive CG610S-T is easily caked after long storage. Although the performance of pro-
duct is not affected, the product can not be dry-mixed for the loss of fluidity and become a little di-
fficult to dissolve.
2. Fluid Loss Additive CG610S-T’s dosage should be increased if being used in brine or high tempera-
ture system.
APPLICATIONS
1.Temperature: Lower than 302°F (150°C) (BHCT) in fresh water system, lower than 356°F(180°C)
(BHCT) in brine system.
2.Dosage: CG610S-T Fluid Loss Additive generally 1.6-4.0% (BWOC), recommended amount 1.8%
(BWOC, in fresh water system, W/C=0.44).
