1. Spindle: Italy HSD air-cooling automatic tool changing spindle of 9 kilowatts. 

2. Motor: The machine equipped with Japan Yaskawa servo motor, it with big power, fast speed.

3. Guide rails: Taiwan HIWIN guide rails, the diameters of the X Z axis are 25 millimeters, the diameters of the Y axis is 30 millimeters. 

4. Screw: XYZ axes are all Taiwan PMI ball screws, The diameters of the Y axis and X axis are 32 millimeters, they can used for a long time and it can’t be out of shape, not bend.

5.Lathe bed structure:

The thickness of the beam wall is 10 millimeters. Whole steel structure of the lathe bed, seamless welded, stress relieved, excellent rigidity.(When it high speed running , the lathe bed will be not shake.)

6. Vacuum absorptive table: it with a specialized Acrylic vacuum pump of 7.5KW.

There are two vacuum piping, the capacity of absorption is big, and it can be protected by tank chain and used for a long time, reduce the abrasion.

7. Taiwan Fuling frequency converter. The spindle of 9kw is driven by frequency converter of 11kw, the power is big.

8. The drive is matching with Yaskawa motor.

9. Control system: NK300
