FLECK Rubber asphalt mixing machine is a new type of environmental protection and energy saving equipment for rapid mixing rubber powder and asphalt in high temperature condition.

The main structure and principle

FLECK Rubber asphalt mixing machine is the combination of Conical spiral mixer and single shaft mixer.Firstly,the rubber powder get into the stock bin of the conical mixer through conveyer device,then blade stirring mix with asphalt. Knife mixer for about 1 meter length,12 single edge razor blades as a group,every piece of mixing blade is in different angle and shear mixing the rubber powder and asphalt in an up and down way. The lower side of the Rubber asphalt mixing machine is a kind of blade mixer,its shell is equipped with thermal oil heating jacket,asphalt inlet is an oblique intubation in the angle of 45,this helps stirring the mixture of asphalt and rubber powder at high temperature, this method does not produce the  phenomenon of powder suspension, glutinous rice dough and agglomerat,minimizing the time of mixing the asphalt and rubber powder, make the powder or additives more effective evenly distributed in asphalt.
