The efficient cement wet milling unit manufactured by Nantong FLECK is composed of a high shearing disperse mixer, a mixing tank and a high shearing colloid mill.

1 High shearing disperse mixer: it consists of a motor, a scattered disk, mixing blade and grinding discs, installed above the mixing tank. The main functions are to highly-speed shear and crush cement to full dispersedness in water, and form into the mixing cement slurry under the effect of hydration reaction.

2 The mixing tank is welded by 304 high-quality stainless steel plate roll barrel with internal and external mirror polishing. Its volume is divided into three types, such as 100L, 150L and 200L. Circular tube is made of stainless steel pipe, mainly used for the mixing and storage of cement slurry 

3 High shearing colloid mill is composed of a motor, a coupling, a shell and a stator. The stator mill has a triangle fangs zigzag structure, which is composed of many multi-layer shearing and grinding canine tooth groove. Main function is to make crushing and grinding elaboration and conveying on cement particles.

The working principle of Nantong FLK - SM cement wet milling unit is that a high-speed mixer of cement highly-speed shears and crushes clay domain and agglomerate particles generated by the mixture of cement and water to full dispersedness in water. And then, the wet milling machine intensely impacts, shears and crushes cement particles of cement slurry at the rate of  hundreds of thousands of times per minute. After being crushed and grinded, the cement slurry goes back to the mixing tank to repeat the previous procedure. cement particles, having experienced several grinding refinement evenly distribute in water- mud materials with good stability and strong permeability.
