 1.) Typical 2-Vessel Brewhouse, Mash/Lauter tun + Kettle/Whirlpool tun with double size Hot liquor Tank. Such brewhouse allows to brew 1-2 batches within 14 hours.

2.)  Direct Fire heating guarantees vigorous heating in Kettle/Whirlpool tun and Hot Liquor Tank.
