This inflatable column film is made with 7-layer co-extrusion barrier film, the shape can be designed in adapt to the commodity dimensions for the purpose of saving the weight and volume,being resistant to puncture and shock. The air column can be applied to pack TV / computer / bottles / cans / fruits / various products etc., the shape can be designed exactly in adapt to the being packed commodities. These specifications can be customized: 1) the film thickness, 2) the column width, 3) the column length, 4) the edge width, 5)the shape and structure, 6) mechanical properties against puncture and shock, 7) the coil length, 8)other details can be customized based on mass goods quantity.
