INTRODUCTION:

 

Floating Seals are a special type of mechanical seal.   They are predominantly used in sealing

 

bearings for earth moving and construction equipment or in industry which operates with extreme

 

conditions and is subject to heavy wear, also known as lifetime seals, duo cone seals, toric seals,

 

mechanical face seals and heavy duty seals.

 

The hardness is 58 - 62HRC , the working face precision within 0.015um ,

 

flatness up to 0.1um - 0.2um , the lifetime is more than 5000HRS.
