The product introduction:

(1) Intermittent soybean drier
The machine is mainly used to dry soybean. Too high water content in the soybean(≥11%)hinder peeling of soybean, so drying machine is excellent in drying and uniform in hot air distribution with circular drying chamber and double-row vapor heating pipes.
(2) Continuous soybean dryer
The equipment is mainly used to dry the soybean. Too high water content in the soybean hinders peeling of soybean, so drying machine must be used to decrease the moisture content in the soybean. The drying machine is excellent in drying and uniform in hot air distribution through continuous drying.
(3) The DRX-TPJ soy bean hulling machine is an advanced hulling equipment which can be used to hull and disintegrate plant seed with diameter less than 20mm. the soybean hull contains many kinds unfavorable factors and are always contaminated with other bacteria, so if we want to have high quality of soy bean milk or milk power, the bean must hulled.
As hulling dry soy bean(with water content), hulling rate can reach 90%.
(4) The quantitative charging machine conveys soybean peeled to the deactivation and softening machines. It can also be used in other industry for conveying grain material.
Feature of structure : two sets of driving system are used for conveying material for this machine. The quantitative charging machine is simple in structure and convenient for operation. It is stable and reliable, as well as accurately controls conveyance capacity etc.
(5) Soybean Deactivation and Softening Machine: this machine is an essential equipment for semi-wet production of soybean milk and soybean milk powder, by which the bean does not need to be immersed in water in advance. It is used to directly soften soybean and deactivate urine enzyme on surface of soybean after the bean is dried and hulled. In this way, not only the flavor is improved, but also the unstable quality problems with the soybean resulting from season , temperature, processing time etc are resolve.
(6) This machine is used for rough milling and crashing on soybean milk production line. After separating, hulling and deactivation , the soybean mixed with water is ground into juice. All parts of the machine that contact the juice are made of stainless steel, which can ensure the juice is not contaminated, does not change its color and cleaning of machine is easier. This machine is widely used in food industry, medical and chemical industry etc.
(7) Sterilizing and Anti-stinking Machine: This machine is key equipment for production of soybean milk and milk power by semi-wet method. No matter what process is used in soybean production before this operation, if high quality soybean milk is 10 times of that in cow milk under the same condition, therefore direct vapor sterilizing is used by this machine, then the milk comes into flashing anti-stinking tank to remove most of vapor and soybean’s stinking flavor. Thus the problem that the milk sticks on pipes resulted from indirect vapor sterilizing and machine must stop for cleaning every 2-4 hour of production is resolved. This machine can operation continuous for 24 hours.
(8) vertical slag separating machine
The machine is mainly used for separating and treating mixed pulp and slag. It automatically discharges material with centrifugal force of filters material and the thin filter cake continuously feeds and separates. Several machines are always combined together to meet the requirements on large-scale production.
(9) whole set of equipment for concentration
The set of equipment is for concentration in low temperature on feeds ,chemical industries and medicines etc. the complete set of equipment can operate under normal and negative pressure. The material is moderately heated and good in heat-exchange. The equipment is reliably and conveniently operated. It is especially useful for continuous concentrating thermal-sensitive material and can be cleaned on the spot. It is heated in low temperature and meets healthy requirement. In addition, it consumes low energy.
(10) The spray-drying tower is RGYP series compression spray drying equipment. It is the main equipment for producing milk powder and soy milk power.
(11) the wet pulverizing equipment increases extraction percentage of protein. It is durable, easily operated and facilitates production. It is for fine milling in producing bean milk.
(12) peanut read coat-peeling machine is special in production line for peanut milk and peanuts products. It is to peel red husk of the groundnut kernel. The groundnut kernel is separated from its red husk under tearing and rubbing of a pair of rubber rolls, which roll at different speeds.
