Full information:
Hoist carrier mounted drill rigs manufactured by Stroydormash, OJSC, for energy industries are used in construction of electric power transmission lines in all regions of Russia and CIS countries, in off-the-road and different climatic conditions. Therefore, hoist carriers must have dependable performance in terms of their off-road capability, maneuverability and all-weather reliability. The right choice of chassis plays the key role in the successful solution. Stroydormash mounts hoisting and drilling units on GAZ, Ural, KAMAZ all-wheel-drive trucks and on track or wheel tractors reputed for their cross-country performance. The double-cab truck delivers the working crew to the construction site, thus saving costs that would be otherwise incurred by using additional transportation vehicles. Due to its module configuration, hoisting and drilling equipment is easy to mount on the truck or tractor and requires minimum space. The drilling rig mast is designed by engineers of Stroydormash. The tubular design of the mast provides perfect protection for components moving inside the mast and serves as support structure for hoisting and optional equipment, such as pile-driving equipment, setting tools, etc. Mast guards serve mainly to secure vertical position of supports in wells/boreholes. These guards also serve as an anti-collapse protection system. The design of the drilling tool rotation unit that comes with drill rigs of this series contributes to their high performance and reliability. The rotation unit can be either hydraulically or mechanically driven. Mechanically driven drilling tools and equipment are easy to operate and maintenance-friendly in any climatic conditions. When using hydraulically driven drilling equipment, the operator can smoothly adjust its rotation speed. Hoist carrier mounted drill rigs are equipped with cable and hoisting assembly for lifting and lowering loads up to 2 tons. The hoisting equipment is generally used for installation of electricity pylons into boreholes. The outrigger system of hoist carrier mounted drill rigs provides the required stability during drilling operations on the sloped terrain. The outrigger design ensures protection of hydraulic cylinders against contamination, thus contributing to their longer service life. The new models equipped with a turntable have newly designed supports with adjustable spacing between the support points, a folding outrigger system easy for transportation, and dependable stabilization of the rig during operation. Supplementary Setting Tool - The supplementary setting tool is designed to align and hold the electricity pylon during its installation into the borehole. Supplementary Pile Driving Equipment Hoist carrier mounted drill rigs intended for the nominal drilling depth of 5 meters can have pile driving equipment and an SP-60 diesel impact hammer with a 0.25 ton weight. Supplementary Hoisting Equipment - Drill rigs are provided with supplementary hydraulic hoisting equipment to reach the required pulling force level for pulling up worn-out stubs and pylons during dismantling of electric power transmission lines. Supplementary welding equipment is used for manual arc welding.
