Diesel pile driving hammers are designed for the reinforced concrete and steel piles and sheet piles driving into the ground. They are mainly used in foundation construction.

The pile foundation construction technology by using diesel hammers is the most cost-effective of all available todays.

2 types of diesel pile driving hammers: tubular and rod

A significant advantage of the tubular type diesel hammers compared to the rod type hammers is the best relation of impact energy and immersion ability to the hammer's proper weight . Tubular type hammers also have a higher durability compared to the rod type hammers.  

The basic quality of rod type diesel hammers that determined their widespread use on pile works, is soft impact and that rod diesel hammers can operate stably at low temperatures and significant depth of pile immersion.

TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES:

Tubular type diesel hammers. The wearing surfaces of the fuel and oil pump plunger pair is coated by epilam "Polizim". Holders and fasteners are made of high-strength and treated steel thus preventing elongation and loosening. Fuel and oil pump are separate, which increases maintainability index and lifetime of the machine plunger pairs. For working on soft ground it is possible to manufacture tubular type hammers with swirl-type combustion chamber.
