Operating Principle:
Tilting vibrating screen is made up by main screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring mechanism, chassis, etc. Side panel of sieve machine is made of high qualified steel plate and connects with beam and vibration bottom by high strength bolt or ring groove rivet. Adopting cylinder eccentric shaft vibrator and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude, vibrator is installed on the side plate of screen box. The motor through v-belt drives eccentric block of vibrator in high-speed rotation to produce strong centrifugal force. The force stimulates the screen box to make certain amplitude of circular movement. With the impulse by screen box, oversize material in the tilted screen takes the continuous throwing movement. In the process of meeting with screen surface, smaller than the sieve mesh get through the screen, so as to realize classification.
