HD-01/02 Porosity Holiday Detectors are employed in the non-destructive detection and location of pinholes, bare spots or thin points in protective coatings applies for corrosion protection over metal and concrete (conductive) surfaces.
With corrosion an extremely costly and disruptive worldwide problem, preventative determination becomes essential.

Detection Principle: electric spark leak detector is through various conductive substrate surface coating with a certain amount of pulse pressure, such as anti-corrosion layer for a thin, leakage metal or leak pinhole, when pulse pressure passed, forming air gap breakdown and produce spark discharge, at the same time give alarm circuit sent to a pulse signal, make alarm sound alarm, so as to achieve the purpose of detection of anticorrosive coating.
