The double-row ball slewing bearing consists of three seat rings. The steel ball and isolation block can directly enter the upper and lower roller path. It is installed with 2 rows of steel balls of different diameters to meet the stress conditions.
The assembly is very convenient, the carrying angle of the lower and upper arc roller path are all 90°, which can bear large axial force and overturning torque. When the radial force is larger than 0.1 times of the axial force, the roller path needs to be designed specifically. It has firm structure and larger axial and radial size, which is especially applicable to heavy machinery like large diameter tower cranes and truck cranes.
