YCVXO European Type Mill

YCVXO European Type Mill is mainly applied in metallurgy, building materials, chemical and mining processing, which can be used in grinding quartz, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare earth, marble ceramics ,bauxite, manganese ore ,Iron ore, copper, rock phosphate, iron oxide red, zircon sand, slag, cement clinker, activated carbon, dolomite, granite,  garnet, iron oxide yellow, fertilizer, compound fertilizer ,fly ash, bituminous coal, coking coal , lignite , chromium oxide green , gold , red mud , clay , kaolin , coke, coalgangue , porcelain clay, kyanite, fluorspar, bentonite, rhyolite, diabase, shale, purple rock, Diego rock, basalt, gypsum, graphite, silicon carbide, thermal insulation materials, and other type non-flammable and non-explosive materials hardness below 9 and humidity below 6%.

Working Principal of YCVXO European Type Mill

When the main motor is decelerated by gear reduce, the drive center axis and plum blossom bracket which fixed in the center axis begin rotating. Then grinding rollers rotate around the center axis under the action of centrifugal force, at the same time parallel swing around the arm axis, so that the grinding roller outwardly parallel clamping grinding rings, so as to ensure maximum surface contact of grinding roller and grinding ring. While grinding rolls rotate around the roller shaft, the shovel blade achieve the role of the crushing and grinding the material in the meantime, and the pulverized powder was blown by airflow from the blower onto the analyzer at the top of the host for being sieved. The coarse particle size powder still fall into the host cavity for regrinding, and desired granularity will up into the cyclone collector with the airflow, collected and discharged by a discharge powder tube shall be finished.
