Rice Syrup for Australia Market
WUHU DELI FOODS CO.,LTD. produces a wide variety of rice syrup; all made enzymatically by our patented process from 100% whole rice. Our rice syrups can be made from white rice, brown rice, or certified organic rice. Depending on your application, you may choose from "traditional brown" or clarified syrup" in DE rang from 28 to 70.
Clarified Rice Syrup
These rice syrups are produced from white rice, lightly filtered to produce clear amber syrup with a low flavor profile. Preferred in high usage, delicately flavoured or frozen applications.
Brown Rice Syrup
These traditional rice syrups are the prefered sweetners for the natural/health foods. These syrups are produced from brown rice, light filtered to make an opaque syrup with a butter flavor.
Clarified Brown Rice Syrup
Further filtration products transparent but golden colored syrup with a lower flavor profile.
Organic Rice Syrup
Organically grown white or brown rice may be used to make organic rice syrups over the same clarity and DE ranges from 28 to 70.
