Main feature: the fish separator mainly use for each kind of fish meat, muscle, skin and bone separator, it can also be use for shrimp head, shell and fish separation. It’s with high efficiency, time safety, decrease the labor cost. The whole machine is made with 304 stainless steel, accord with the food hygienic standard.
The fish separator operation way: Cut the head of fish and gutting the fish first, for big fish, it needs to cut the fish into two parts, cleaning the fish first (to avoid the separated fish polluted by fish blood or internal organs). And then put the processed fish into the hopper (the cutting plane toward the separated hopper, back side toward the rubber belt), the fish come to the extrusion area of separator hopper and rubber belt trough the driving of rubber belt, by the extrusion, the fish meat is extruded to the separator room through the holes on the separator room. The fish meat in the separator room will be sent out by the separator hopper. While the fish skin and fish bone was collected to the collection slot through the scraper on the machine. 
The whole separation process doesn’t need human operation, easy and clean. The extrusion pressure between the rubber bell and separator room, is adjusted by the rubber belt tightening device on the head of machine. The strength is adjustable according to the fish size. The separated fish can be made to fish ball, fish cream, fish sauce, fish meat pie, fish stuffing and other food raw material, greatly increase the economic value of fish.
