This machine is designed for precisely placing the contactless IC chip onto chip fixing holes in the PVC sheet. It is controlled by PLC with touch screen.

FUNCTION

·                    Vacuum picking and placing system, flatness PVC sheet, ensured the precision of chip fixing.

·                     Photoelectric sensor is used to monitor and control the chip feeding. Machine will stop automatically when mistake happened.

·                    High-precise dual-axles are controlled by PLC to pick and place the chips on X/Y plane.

·                    Each picking or placing system can be adjusted independently, ensure the precision much higher.
